How do you dry the cones? It seems you'd have quite a lot at the end of the day.

Job, we have a stash of old window screens. We set them up on short pillars of books (no shortage of those in our house!) and spread the hops out on them. We use a room on the third floor/attic where it's slightly warmer than the rest of the house and has good cross-ventilation. I'll have to post a picture of that one of these days - maybe after this year's harvest.
